Accredited by the ACCME in 1991, Professional Postgraduate Services® (PPS) is a leader in the evolving and increasingly important field of continuing medical education.

Each PPS medical education activity is designed to meet the needs of practicing physicians. Working in tandem with medical leaders, PPS conducts activities with the goal of modifying physician behavior to have a positive impact on patient care and quality of life. All PPS medical education programs are consistent with the Essentials and Standards of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education as well as guidelines established by the AMA, PhRMA, and FDA.

The Pediatric Respiratory Care Initiative™ (PRCI®) is a multicomponent educational program on pediatric respiratory disorders designed for pediatricians, infectious disease specialists, allergists, immunologists, primary care physicians, and other health care professionals involved in the care and management of pediatric respiratory patients. PRCI programs address issues concerning respiratory syncytial virus and other respiratory tract infections and disorders. Methods to prevent, control, and treat respiratory illnesses are also evaluated.
